UPNEXT RECORDS

Introduction

UPNEXT RECORDS is a talent recordlabel for upcoming hardcore artists. We also work as an eventorganisation and as a creative agency which means that we are helping upcoming artists with marketing plans, presskit photo’s, videoclips, artworks and bookings. Our mission is to give upcoming hardcore DJs the opportunity to distribute their music and prove themselves in front of a real audience by showcasing their spinning talent and self-produced tracks. We also help them create a big following, more brand awareness and help them with a more professional attitude and network.

History

Our first edition of our event took place on November 13, 2021. This edition was a sold-out success. With upcoming DJs on the lineup such as Outrage, SNDR, Coldax, Aggressive Mind, The Teacher and NJITRA as well as headliner Hard Effectz, UPNEXT RECORDS has put themselves on the map within the hardcore talentscene.

Present

On 21 April, 2022 UPNEXT RECORDS was registrated as a VOF at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. We have already distributed 2 uptempo tracks. 'Blow The Speakers' by uptempo dj & producer The Innocent and 'Oldschool Meets Newschool' by uptempo dj & producer MYTH. On Soundcloud, we release mixtapes every week, by inviting dj's in different hardcore subgenres with our concept UPNEXT RECORDS INVITES.

We also started a partnership with the eventorganisation 'Elshout Gaat Harder'. We'll host a part of the evening of their event with talents we select.

Our Team

Our team consists of Tijmen van der Aa, Martijn Hansen & Remée Delcroix. We're all founders & owners of UPNEXT RECORDS. Tijmen is responsible for the creative side tasks & social media, Martijn is responsible for connecting with dj's & producers and events and Remée is resposible for distributing tracks and legal & finance matters.
